Teams
The goal of every coach should be to develop future leaders through intentional programs that strive for excellence. B3rd Athletics aims to help make this a reality by coming alongside you, the coach, and providing proven resources and leadership that we’ve seen work over the past 10 years.
A mission-driven approach should never compromise the Gospel in the pursuit of athletic success. Nor should it lower the standards for athletic excellence by putting Jesus at the center. High expectations in both areas—faith and performance—are what lead to true success.

Journey to Becoming 3rd
The Journey to Becoming 3rd is our flagship program and a response to Jesus' command to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
Each week, we introduce a new topic designed to build a stronger, more unified team through Scripture. The lessons challenge individuals to grow spiritually, enhance their teamwork, and become the best version of themselves as they pursue excellence in both sports and faith. On Day 2, we dive into the Old Testament; Day 3 is dedicated to praying through the Psalms as a team; Day 4 offers a reflection from the New Testament; and Day 5 concludes each week with teachings from Jesus in the Gospels.
