At B3rd Athletics, we believe God uses our pursuit of excellence through competitive sports to help each individual grow in faith, knowledge, and leadership. Our mission is to inspire more coaches and athletes to lead with Christian values through intentional mission driven programs. The sports classroom is still one of the most impactful educational tools in the world, but it's time for some improvements. All over social media you see individualisms impact on athletic culture and this philosophy has to go. It bears no fruit and the long-term results are horrible for society. Coach Field is a passionate leader that strives to put God first and see everyone around him become the best version of themselves. He believes that it's through a pursuit of excellence that God shapes our interior life to be more like Him and that excellence in the absence of God can't ever be excellent.

Spiritual Director & Coach
Coach Marez is a high energy teacher of God's word and dynamic public speaker. With years of experience in ministry work he understands how to reach young adults through compassionate and challenging coaching. As a character coach over the last 7 years he has helped build and shape the framework of the B3rd Athletics platform. His dedication to put God first in his life inspires those around him to do the same.
