Welcome to the B3rd Coaches Group!
This community is for coaches who believe that success in sports is about more than wins and losses. Together, we're committed to pursuing excellence, building championship cultures, and using athletics as a platform to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
As a member of this group, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded coaches, share ideas, ask questions, celebrate victories, and encourage one another through the challenges of coaching. Whether you're leading a middle school team, a high school program, or coaching at the collegiate level, you're part of a community that believes God First. Others Second. Me Third.

Being in this group depends on our trust of one another. Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the group should stay in the group.

Faith Discussions
Theological Discussions: We welcome thoughtful conversations about theology, faith, and how they apply to coaching and athletics. Our community includes coaches from a variety of Christian traditions, so we ask that all discussions be conducted with humility, grace, and mutual respect. Healthy dialogue is encouraged; personal attacks, divisiveness, or disrespect toward another person's faith tradition are not. Our shared mission is to grow closer to Christ and help others do the same.
