Athletic Departments
The goal of every athletic deparment should be to develop our future leaders through intentional programs that pursue excellence. B3rd Athletics wants to help make this a reality by coming alongside coaches and administrators to provide them the resources and leadership that we have seen work over the last 10 years.

A mission-driven approach should not compromise the Gospel in pursuit of athletic success. Nor should it lower the expectations for athletic excellence because it desires to put Jesus front and center. High expectations for both is what works.

Journey to Becoming 3rd
The Journey to Becoming 3rd is a response to Jesus' command to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.

Each week, we introduce a new topic designed to build a stronger, more unified team through Scripture. The lessons challenge individuals to grow spiritually, enhance their teamwork, and become the best version of themselves as they pursue excellence in both sports and faith. On Day 2, we dive into the Old Testament; Day 3 is dedicated to praying through the Psalms as a team; Day 4 offers a reflection from the New Testament; and Day 5 concludes each week with teachings from Jesus in the Gospels.
