At some point in life, most people seek to understand their purpose. We, as Christians, would ask, "Why did God create me?" While the self-help industry has a wide variety of ways to answer this question, at B3rd Athletics, we don't think it's really that complicated. God created us for relationship, and that relationship starts with Him. The first purpose in our creation is to know who God is. Then, since God is love and the goal is to be in an intimate relationship with Him, the second part of our relationship is to love God in return. Last, we are to take that love for God as the source of motivation to serve Him. How do we serve Him? We love and serve our neighbor. This is why we were created. This is the foundation of B3rd Athletics, and over the next three weeks, this course will help you dive deeper into understanding the concepts of Know, Love, & Serve Him. God may have made you athletic, but He did not create you for sports alone. This is WHY you will learn how sports is a platform used to glorify Him, but not the primary purpose of your life.
